Cancellation Policy
Final images are edited in Byjo Creative’s signature style. RAW or unedited files will not be provided. Payment & Refunds Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including change of mind, illness, or non-attendance.Cancellations and rescheduling are not available for mini sessions or special events. If you are unable to attend your session for any reason, your payment will be forfeited. This policy is firm and ensures fairness due to limited session availability. Image Editing & Usage All images are professionally edited by Byjo Creative. Clients may not alter, filter, or re-edit images before sharing them publicly. You receive a personal-use license to print and share your final photos for non-commercial purposes. Commercial or promotional use requires written consent from Byjo Creative. Conduct & Safety: Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or unsafe toward the Photographer or others will result in immediate session termination with no refund. Participation in the photoshoot is voluntary and at your own risk. Byjo Creative is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during or after the session. Late Arrival Sessions run on a strict schedule and cannot be extended due to lateness. If you arrive late, your session will continue within the original time slot, and no refund or additional time will be provided. If the Photographer must cancel due to illness, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, a reschedule or full refund will be offered. This clause serves as the sole remedy for cancellations by the Photographer. Image Delivery & Storage: Your final gallery will be delivered digitally within three weeks of your session. Galleries remain active for 30 days after delivery—please download and back up your images promptly. Re-upload requests may incur an administrative fee. Legal Notice: By booking, you agree that this policy forms a binding contract governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You accept full responsibility for your own safety and that of any participants you bring to the session.
